Partner Interview: Focused on strategic thinking and long-term goals.
Initial in person meeting in Perth, followed by two further virtual meetings with Belfast office team, coordinated by Perth HR. The process was smooth, despite the time differences between Perth and Belfast and all persons involved clearly conveyed the core elements of the role and expectations associated with it. I found it to be one of the better organised and structured interview experiences.

The questions were straightforward, clearly aimed at establishing whether or not I would be a good fit for the role, not only in respect of experience, but in terms of attitude.

2 rounds with 2 partners each, no behavioural questions. Interested in past experience and no tricks. Easy enough interview process. Since introduced a written assessment component that is relatively straightforward.
