What clauses are generally included in a merger and acquisition agreement.
Consisted of a case study and motivational/behavioral questions. The first interview is motivational/behavioral and led by a member of the graduate recruitment team. The case study is led by either a lawyer or counsel at A&O, and you will be expected to read through several documents, present them, and answer your interviewer's questions
