I appreciated the opportunity to engage in the practical activities such as the ranking exercise that consisted of listing tasks associated with the Job title from most important to least. I also enjoyed the email response task which allowed me to demonstrate my knowledge of the marketing industry. The interview was very relaxed and the interviewers made me feel at ease and were very easy to communicate with. The assessment centre was an extremely beneficial process and allowed me to develop my skills further. It was an experience that I had never had before and allowed me to learn a lot more about myself. I relished the assessment centre and would encourage any prospective apprentices to grab this opportunity with both hands.
