A&W Restaurants Assistant Store Manager interview questions

Someone from head office called promptly to book the interview and said I would be meeting with either the Store Manager or the General Manager. When I arrived I was told the Store Manager had the day off and the GM was also unavailable but I could call the former. I left 3 messages and never heard back.
