I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at A&W Restaurants (Victoria, BC) in Sep 2015
Interview
I walked to the mall and stood in line to offer a resume, the cashier took dow some additional info and then I left. They called back home before I had even finished walking back, so I called back to schedule an interview. This was my first job interview, and I hadn't prepared for an interview at all, thinking it would be a very simple thing, and it would be easy for me, so I totally botched it. I kinda froze up and couldn't think of good answers to the questions, especially the strengths and weaknesses questions. I had never really asked myself those questions, so I didn't know what I was or wasn't goot at really. The lady interviewing me tried to help with prompts, but I was just so frozen up. She seemed a bit stressed out about the process. Pro tip: look up common interview questions and rehearse good answeres to them. They didn't call back.
