It was initially on phone than on one on one. The manager was friendly and didn't made me nervous. I love working with her. She gave me my schedule right away and introduced me with some of the supervisors.

Very calm and soothing. I felt like they understood me and my situation. It made me comfortable going forward. Very satisfied with the process so far and I love my new job.
