Applied online and got a call a week later. The interview was pretty easy. The manager explained the whole training process and asked me about my availabilities and my work experience. Just smile and don't be too nervous.

It was a very straightforward process focused mainly on availability and prior retail or fast food experience. I was presented with a few situations regarding dissatisfied guests and was asked how I would go about handling them.
