There was a phone call interview. Asked about work ethics, customer service, tackle with difficult situations. Then an in-person interview, asked about myself, behavioural questions. Overall it was good, made me comfortable

Interview
The interview went well. One of the managers conducted my interview. First thing, they asked if I had a food handler's certificate, which I did, and they really liked that. If I didn't have it, they would have signed me up to get one. Then we talked about the situations I've faced in the workplace and how I was able to resolve them.

Do you have a Food Handler Certificate?
You meet with the manager, who typically has a sheet of prepared questions to go through with you. It's generally a relaxed and low-pressure situation.
Met with 2 owners for the interview, they were professional and asked questions that were actually regarding the role. They kept the conversation professional and were on time and did not linger around any specific topic
