The interview was pretty casual because they needed someone pretty bad. They mostly asked for my availability and confirmed main points on my resume. Manager was friendly and they made me do an application right then and there. Pretty typical stuff when applying to a fast-food joint. The most important "advice" I got was to agree with timings and job choice and I would get a job. Basically, be flexible.

The interview process was more of a conversational interview style. We discussed fit, ability to handle pressure, and fast paced environment. There was a couple of behavioural questions. Also discussed previous customer related experience.
