Phone Screen interview, followed by a Teams Interview, then an in person final interview. Entire process was overall great, was excited for the potential. Had final interview on a Friday and got an offer over the phone Monday morning. I asked for 2 days to make sure it made sense but I was excited for the opportunity and very interested, and when i tried calling back less than 24 hours later they moved on to another candidate without informing me. I asked if this would have happened if I accepted day before and they said probably not, so they didn't like that I asked for time to make sure it made sense for me and didn't essentially accept on the spot. Awful experience to have a job offer you were extremely excited for ripped from your hands because you didn't accept it quick enough and they think the role "wasn't my first choice."
