I sat with the HOP (Head of People's). My interviewer was very easy to talk to; she was also very clear on what she was looking for and made sure her questions were geared towards the positions daily tasks. I was invited to have a 2nd video interview with the HOP in their LA office. She was also easy to talk to and clear on her expectations for the role. I was also assigned a pretty lengthy project that gave them an opportunity to see how you think and communicate, in terms of how certain situations/tasks affect the team. I unfortunately wasn't offered the position, the recruiter who presented the opportunity to me told me they went with someone with more experience. But all in all it was a positive experience.
