I applied online. I interviewed at A24 in Dec 2020
Interview
I applied for the TV Development Internship. I received an email informing me that I had been selected for a group interview. At the group interview (on Zoom), there were five candidates total and two recruiters. I was thrown by other people's answers (I had never been in a group interview before). I recommend reviewing the questions here and having some talking points about yourself prepared. Then afterward, I was sent a script to do coverage on (logline, synopsis, and comments) and then was scheduled for an individual interview. At the second interview, there were 3 A24 employees. About a week or so later, I received an offer.

Interview
Two general rounds - first being a group interview w/ about five others, the seconds being a one-on-one with you managers and immediate coworkers/supervisors should you get the role. Recommend speaking first in the group interview, otherwise your answers will seem generic.
