Interview
The interview process was very long. Had 1 phone interview and 4 one on one interviews. Very frustrating that the only time I was asked any question besides “tell me about yourself” was my final interview. I initially applied for one role and after starting interviews for it they rejected me but asked me to interview for a different role within the company. Wasted two months of my life and a ton of false hope to only then get rejected for the job they personally asked me to interview for :/ One interviewer kept checking their phone and even took a call in the middle of the interview and another was literally playing with their dog for half of it. Super unprofessional. 3 of 4 of the interviewers were very welcoming and friendly and all had great things to say about company culture and mission which is a plus. Just wish they were a little more considerate with people's time and energy when it comes to the interviewing process.
Everyone (for the most part) was nice and knowledgeable. However, the process was unnecessarily long. Four interviews, a 5-part in-depth project + a presentation. For a coordinator role. For a coordinator role that is paying well under the market standards. I know A24 is independent, but a multi-BILLION-dollar company can afford to pay their staff more than an abysmal $22 - $25. It's so shameful. They were also very evasive about the workload, which was another red flag. I was so excited about this opportunity and so disappointed that I had to reject the offer.

Phone call screening with Human Resources and was then followed by interviews with a few different team members. The process probably took a few weeks to a month total with consistent communication between interviews.

Received an email to schedule a phone interview with HR. They asked about 3-4 questions, and left a few minutes at the end for any questions I had.
At the end of the call, the interviewer gave me their email information, letting me know that I could reach out if I had any further questions. They briefly mentioned their timeline, saying I would hear back within a week or so. Ended up hearing nothing from them for well over a week, and so I had followed up with the person I spoke to for any updates - never received a response. Overall, an unprofessional and insincere experience.
