I first got a link list my availability. After a few days of them never calling me back or following up, they sent me another link to do the same for the following week. The recruiter was nice to speak with. However, there was this ridiculous long take home assignment you had to complete within two days to advance to the next round. Despite having to work and travel in the peak of holiday season, I made time for the take home and sent in over in time. I never received a follow up or the standard rejection email weeks after. Although ghosting is pretty common, the least they could have done was send me a follow up considering I completed their 150 page take home in a small amount of time. Talk about no decency
