The teams are clearly small and nimble, and I feel for them, but there's no excuse for bad HR communication and corporate "ghosting," especially after a candidate has done multiple rounds of interviews and completed a lengthy "assignment." At one point they completely changed the job title and did not tell me while I was interviewing for the position (no clarification as to whether this title change effected the previously stated roles/responsibilities/salary). Interviews took weeks to schedule and (on more than one occasion) were canceled within 10 minutes. I never felt like my candidacy was taken seriously. It's really unfortunate, as I had a lot of respect for this brand.
