very confusing interview process. one of my interviewers gossiped about a celebrity who visited the office to me during my chat which I thought was very unprofessional and strange. I felt like I was being drilled very hard (to the point where it was intimidating) in some interviews and in other interviews I felt like they weren't even asking me real questions. zero sense of psychological safety in my interview process
