Hire better recruiters that won't lie about the next steps , I had a recruiter call me for a phone screen and I qualified for the position, She said the next steps were for the hiring manager to review my resume and make a decision but I knew the next steps was for her to set me up for the interview, Im a psychology Grad and I could tell it was a race thing.

I was initially contacted by HR from the home office in regards to my application posted on a popular job search website. After an initial phone interview, I was scheduled for an in person interview at the site I now work. Two interviewers were present, one of whom is now my direct supervisor.
