Interview process was lengthy. Invited for phone screen interview on 7/30. Did that on 8/8. It took 30 minutes or so, STAR format. The recruiter was nice and gave tips for the interview. Next round of interviews began 8/26 and I interviewed with 2 claims managers via Teams on 8/27. Took an hour, STAR format. Both were nice managers. The final round of interviews began 9/23. I interviewed that day via Teams. The interview took 7 minutes. I interviewed with the director of the claims department and I believe another claims manager. Because it was super short, it was clear, I did not get the position. A few STAR format but mostly yes/ no questions. I stumbled a lot in the last interview after she mentioned I was 1/64 selected for the final round out of 1200 candidates. I wasn’t upset I wasn’t offered the position only bc I already had accepted another but the process was very extensive for a trainee position.
