Applied for the internship online in October. Had a phone screen on October 31st, an in person interview in mid November and was offered the position about a week later. The interview was a great experience. It was very conversational. I felt qualified and excited for the position so I think that helped. The person that interviewed me also happens to be one of the nicest people on this planet (also my direct supervisor now).
