There was a 3 part process where they asked a bunch of questions, put us all in the room for a team building exercise to see who stood out and also asked us to solve a case study in smaller groups. This was followed by a networking session with the bossses
Very lovely people and straight forward process. Spoke with HR and then direct supervisor of the program I would be working on - this was a long time ago though, so things may have changed.
