Question 1
How greatly would you be able to handle the team ?
It was a 3-step process: HR meeting, hiring manager meeting, and SVP meeting. All in all a positive experience. They ask you about your background and role specific questions. Just do some company research before interviewing.

Application & Shortlisting
What happens:
You apply through your college’s placement cell or a job portal.
Purpose:
To screen candidates based on eligibility criteria like CGPA, branch, or skills.
Example:
A company might require 7.0+ CGPA and no active backlogs.
2. Aptitude / Online Assessment Round
Format:
Multiple-choice or coding tests (can be online).
Sections:
Quantitative aptitude – math & reasoning
Verbal ability – grammar, comprehension

Purpose:
To filter candidates quickly based on problem-solving ability.
3. Technical Interview
Format:
1:1 or panel interview with an engineer or tech lead.
