There was a question and answer session with the department head and shift leads followed by typing test and basic assessment. I felt comfortable being honest and open as they were all very friendly and sociable. This was a fairly easy going interview and I didn't feel like I needed to stress too much. I felt I did well at each portion and felt confident heading out.
