ABM Industries Director interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter (unsolicited) who explained that they were conducting a “confidential” job search to replace the current position holder. She discussed the role with me and then setup an interview with the hiring manager. She said the manager was very busy and only had one or two 30min slots available The hiring manager was very young with only about 7 years of work experience and no technical education. The interview was remote - and she appeared disheveled with wet hair. This was a very technical role but I was only asked a couple questions around stakeholder management. She told me that their stakeholders were flighty and difficult to deal with and many had started with the company window washing. The interview only lasted 10 minutes. My impression was that this organization has a lot of drama.
