No delays very verbal, and accommodate every guest the same. Interview process was swift on the phone in person the interview was very understanding and clarified my questions about company.

Phone interview took 5 minutes. I wasn't asked very many questions. I was asked things like why I was looking for work, if I could pass a background check, if I had any experience cleaning. If I would be able to start right away. They disclosed that the previous employee was fired for not doing a good enough job and they would need me to start immediately.
