I reached out to the recruiting manager after previously having seen a message from them on LinkedIn. The interview process began with an initial getting to know you call followed by a series of technical and personal interviews, finally ending with a call with two of the three Managing Directors. The feedback from HR was prompt and friendly between each of the stages both via e-mail and Google Meetings. The interviewers were friendly in their approach, but direct enough you needn't guess what they were asking for some of the more personality related questions. They were also technically adept themselves and happy to press for further information where required. The whole process probably took around 3-4 weeks and at no point did I feel I didn't know exactly what was happening, my standings with them and what would be happening next.
