I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at ABOUT YOU (Hamburg) in Apr 2022
Interview
First, a short interview with the recruiter after that interview with the tech lead and a short take-home assignment. This stage took a reasonable 2 weeks time. After that a long wait for them to grade the take-home assignment and after that another long wait for them to schedule the review of the assignment. After positive feedback, they told me they will schedule the final interview, but informed me 2 weeks later they have found a better candidate. The whole process took 2 and a half months and I was really annoyed by the delays.

Interview
The interview process has a few stages, interview with a recruiter, test task, interview with the tech team, and interview with CTO.
I came through all stages and was declined after. The reason was not my tech skills or team fit. The reason was not really clear. So, be ready not to get offered for weird reasons at the end.

The tech questions were mostly about my test task, why I did it that way, my recent experience, etc.
