Interview
I did the first non-technical interview with a nice guy.
After one week I did the technical interview with the same guy and a product lead.
The interview was about discussing how to solve some real-life problems.
Nothing to complain about the interviews. The problems came after.
They stopped answering my emails and after 2 weeks they called me back to say that someone else with more skills had taken the job.
They also told me that they are trying to check if I can fit in another team and in the afternoon he would come back to me with an answer.
After one week I'm still waiting to hear something from them.
It's not professional to let the people wait too much time just for an answer.
I accepted another offer from another company, of course.
