The interview process began with a phone screen with the recruiter, which was disappointingly brief and uninformative. Instead of discussing my skills or experience, the recruiter only talked about the role itself and didn’t ask any meaningful questions to gauge my qualifications. I was told I would hear back with next steps, but I never received any follow-up or even a rejection letter. The lack of communication left a poor impression and made the process feel unprofessional. Candidates deserve clear updates, even if they’re not selected for the role.
