I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ACCO Engineered Systems (San Leandro, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
I received an email asking for replying to accept the interview within 1 day. They gave you several days to choose for the interview. I chose the first day on Monday, there were 4 other candidates with me in the interview day. We followed one of the employee to go around the company for a quick review, then they set up us in a small room to lecture more information about the company. After that, we were separated to indicated rooms and waiting for the interviews with 5 different employees (separately), it took about 20-25 minutes each (total about 1h30min of the interview time). The interview process may take about 3-4 weeks for the final result because they hold several interview sessions in 2 full weeks.
