Video call where you are asked about previous experience working with children, problem-solving, and coming up with creative games to teach the kids stuff. After the interview questions are asked they give you an overview- and tell you on the spot if you got the job.

If you had a ball, race car toy, and cup- what game would you create to teach a kid to count?
Very easy, generic questions via Zoom. Remote interview and typical questions about why you are applying, weaknesses / strengths, where you see yourself in 5 years, do you have any experiences working with children or autistic individuals, etc. etc. And then they will give you a tour of the company as well as some in person training with an instructor.
Interview was a breeze basically if u h e experience with special needs children and an I treat you get hired in the spot , questions were standard and got an offer same day

The interview went really well. Better than I expected for my first interview. Felt very comfortable talking to them. It was done over zoom and was only me that was being interviewed which made it also feel a little bit easier.
