Had a talk with the interviewer, we had a pleasant discussion and I got to share some interesting experiences in my field. Overall, it felt like a relaxed and casual conversation.
I had a phone call with two people who asked questions about my background and what brought me to this job. They were friendly and respectful throughout the process. The questions mainly pertained to my experience in the area.

Pretty easy. Did a screener call and then a Zoom interview. The Zoom ended in a job offer. They asked me about some scenarios and asked about my resume. The lady seemed very kind and was engaged the entire time.

They answered all my questions I had but the job they asked what do I have experienced working with kids with autism how I feel of working with them when they have a certain behavioral needs.
