Interviews were in three phases, first with the manager and HR, over phone, since they are located in London, then three rounds of interviews in their office in Paris, with three different peoples. Then again with the manger and HR over phone.

Interview
Applied online via a job board. The HR team replied very quickly to schedule a phone screening. After the phone screen, the HR team scheduled another few phone screening with the appropriate people. The process was very quick but effective. From "end to end" the interview process took just about 3 weeks.

Interview
three total interviews. First interview with an HR rep - basic questions determining if my experience met the basic requirements. Second interview with the hiring manager - more in depth questions about experience and general thought process. Further, questions were asked to determine how well I would fit in with the team. Third interview with hiring L2 manager. More of a discussion than interview. Looking to ensure that there were no red flags that may have been missed. In general, the interviewers were all pleasant and easy to talk to.
