A recruiter reached out to me about an open position she had and scheduled a short phone interview. After speaking with her for a bit, she thought I would be a great fit for the role and said she will reach out to me in the next couple of days for the next steps. She did not. I followed up and had no response. Bad business to not reach back out to people that you initiated conversation with.
