Hiring process took 2 weeks and went smooth. First contacted by HR about the role and had 2 on site interviews.
First Interview was about 2 hours and involved understanding my experience and how I approach customer issues.
Next interview was also technical and role based scenarios

Interview
First, contacted by HR then 2 separate interviews. One with team members and the other with the Director. The interview questions were pretty standard questions, nothing crazy. I did bring up what I noticed on some of their reviews regarding high layoffs during the last interview. The Director was thrown off with that question and stated no one has ever asked that question before. They had two layoffs last year.
