Awful. The HR person informed me 20 minutes before the interview that he needed to reschedule (no apology). Then he was 5 minutes late to the rescheduled slot (again no apology or explanation). He had also clearly not prepared including not even having read my resume. He didn't have a compensation range in mind for the position, he could not disclose bonus structure, RSU, vacation or EVEN the location of the position. He was very unresponsive when attempting to schedule next steps. Very unprofessional and sad for such a great company to employ such a lousy HR representative.
