First round was pretty decent explaining the role that they are expecting the the relevant experience I have in the role and tools. But, second round was completely useless / made no sense by the panelist, as they were asking the question based on their daily activities he involved in rather than the questions on what role I am considered for. Never uttered a single question related to the tools mentioned in JD, but all questions were about how to Install the tool and how an Admin will maintain the tools, where as the JD was about implementing and consulting the tool related services. Later, their feedback was that I do not have enough hands on experience the tool where as their questions were neither on the tool nor they had exposure to the tool. Very weird that a reputed company panelist do not know what they are interviewing and what they wanted. Best part is I was selected and had an offer in hand with one of the Big4 after a multi level of interviews, but these guys just questioned some random stuff and rejected stating that I do not have enough experience. I attended here as I have the attractive Permanent WFH option compared to the Big4 . Bottom line, They have to update the JD for what they look OR They have to ask the questions based on the JD what they had, not random questions they know.
