It was a very quick process. 2 technical and 1 manager round took only 4 hrs to complete. Post that on very next day offer was released. So overall it was a pretty organised one.

Interview
Written assessment followed by a telephonic interview followed by a panel face to face interview. Panel interview was fine. You are able to draw on the whiteboard the systems you work with and they ask questions based on that

Question 1
If you had unlimited technology which household appliance would you change and why
I applied through employee referral program. There were 4 interviews. 3 Technical and 1 HR. First technical interview was the most difficult one. It was based on past work experience and technical skills. After that 2nd interview was with the client. Client asked few basic questions on Java. # rd round was taken by Project manager and asked very few basic behavioral questions. Last one was HR round. Discussed about future goals and expectations. The entire process took around a week.
