Interview went by as expected with four successful rounds speaking with managers and team members. Recruiter was very engaged and kept me informed of next steps. After the last interview recruiter called me and said I will be getting an offer and he is working on the final pay rate and will send me an email with an official offer. 1 week later no call no email. I called and he said it’s been hard getting a meeting with HR to finalized pay rate. Another week later I called for update he said he is about to have a meeting with HR in 30 minutes and will call me after that, No call No email, another week later I called again and he said the meeting never happened but he has another in 30 minutes and he will get back to me after 30 minutes, No call No email. 1 month gone I decided to stop calling and it’s been two months not No calls No emails 😁
