Interview
Phone screen with Human Resources. I applied this role since March and did not hear back until mid-June. During the phone screen, the HR asked for walkthrough on the professional background. As I concluded my background, HR apologized for not reviewing my resume prior the call and suggested of lacking years of experience. The HR should perform job diligently and properly prior discussing with the candidate about the opportunity or further screening the candidate on the call! Otherwise, it's just waste of time and clearly demonstrating how poorly this organization runs!

Average interview with recruiter. Went over resume and experience. Nothing out of the ordinary. Unfortunately the recruiter ghosted me and didn't reply to my follow up e-mail, which seems unprofessional.
