I was contacted by a recruiter over the phone as initial screening. This person told me that I had to pass their first interview with 2 people. Then, they will introduce me to the organization. After 1 week, I received the confirmation about the interview at their facility. I got my first panel interview with three people at their plant. 2 weeks later, I had another panel interview with 6 people. I had to wait for 3 additional weeks to receive the information that they will not give me an offer for this position.
