ADB Safegate interview questions

It was soke months ago but they were really fine and kind. Especially the attitude of the hr employee was great. I can definitely say that I liked them.

Company is posting fake job postings. The job posting for Technical Sales Engineer is continuously available on the website for the Graz department. No matter who applies you always get the same lady for the interview with the same story. Afterwards you get the e-mail that they selected somebody else who matched the job better. Of course the job posting stays on the website and gets reposted everywhere on the internet. This is really weird because in Graz there is an aviation school were each year 100's of students graduate and they are unable to fill this position ? It feels really like a scam. Such a same for a ''professional company''. They think that job applicants are not aware of this....
