The interview and the technical were easy. I met with a series of different people including a panel for the last portion. During the last portion I brought up work life balance and the guys did say they have worked nights and weekend, which is fine if its every once in a while. After the interview I get a call back from the recruiter in the morning and he said they all liked me and needed to know what my salary requirements were. I told them but also said I had a hesitation to working there as glassdoor has some pretty negative work life balance reviews. He said he would talk with them and possibly get another Engineer to talk with me about work life. A few hours later the recruiter called and said they decided to pass because I was not excited enough. I think I missed a bullet.
