I submitted my resume via ZipRecruiter.com (was redirected to their web site). A few days later, I had a brief phone interview by Regional HR, then the same with the Regional I.T. guy. A few days, I was given an in person interview with the local General Manager and Lot Manager. The Lot Manager would be my direct supervisor but I would call the Regional I.T. guy for assistance.
