I spoke to a representative at a college career fair, and after a short conversation, I was offered an interview for the next day. The interview was approximately 30 minutes and it was with the representative from the career fair, who was a plant manager. The interview was more on the informal side and was pretty relaxed. He told me that all of his comments would be forwarded to an HR rep who would review his report (he was not sure of the process beyond that point). Less than a week later, I recieved an offer via a phone call.
