Interview

Mine was a EE referral. Telephonic HR screening and explanation of job role followed by Senior leaders interview. Took close to a month for the process to complete. The process was pleasant.

Grilling and lengthy. They see if you are really interested by making you wait. Plus they are very particular about people they are hiring so sometimes the process can take long time.
