I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Alpharetta, GA) in Aug 2018

While the interview process itself was typical, I found the recruiter unprofessional and
‘Rushed’ to have a quality discussion. I also found the description of the hr position to be quite process centric and based on my discussions with internal personnel, found the HR department to lack vision on strategy and output versus internal process focus. This was surprising to me given the maturity of ADP as a company. Based on the limited scope of the HRBP role as defined within ADP, I found the job not at all appealing if you want to really have a impact on the business at large. HR does not seem to be at the table yet as they are quite internally focused on processes and not on operational optimization outside of their own function. Does not seem to be the place for a truly strategic HR Partner who is used having a voice beyond HR topics and driving more than HR process. Chose not to advance in the process.
