Interview
First went through screening with the recruiter then had a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that I had phone interviews with a number of other individuals. Final round was in person in NJ office. Overall, took a couple of months for the process. Unfortunately, they decided to go with an internal candidate.

Question 1
I was asked how I would handle certain situations.
Intense and tedious when they very clearly have the preferred candidate in mind already and are wasting the time of the other applicants. A lot of work required between interviews in order to be competitive. Recommend you apply for and interview for a role you don’t have your heart set on first for practice. That’s what I did and learned a lot.
Great interview process with serval people so you can know how the company is run. Loved getting to meet so many of my peers. Very through with the opportunity to ask questions as well.
