Excellent interview process. They do a great job showing you the ropes but it’s very easy and appreciable. They do a round table and a test to see if you have the customer service skills.

Interview
Interview was over within 20mins, and was scheduled for 1 hr, the interviewers showed absolutely no interest and asked why im even trying for this role, despite meeting the majority of the role prerequisites. I had to ask if they had any other Qs for me where I could clarify my background and experience,
It was good. The process was conducted in 3 rounds. It had GD, technical and Director round overall. The interview rounds of GD and technical was conducted on the same day and director round the day after if selected. Also the feedback for GD round was given immediately within minutes of completion for further interview round.
