      Major Accounts Interview

      Feb 26, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Parsippany, NJ
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ADP (Parsippany, NJ) in Apr 2018

      Interview

The first two interviews I had went wonderfully. I had a phone interview, and moved onto an in person interview. I then went on to the next round of interviews where I spent the entire day at the ADP offices and shadowed a rep on a Sales call. After spending all day with ADP staff, and going through an interview process that I thought went very well, I never heard a word back from them. This was very disappointing to not even receive the courtesy of a rejection email after spending over 10 hours interviewing for the role. Very unprofessional and did not appreciate the lack of respect for a potential hire.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

To describe something I love vividly, trying to sell it to someone.

      Interview

Thorough. The order seems to vary, but initial interview with 2 sales managers, next interview with VP and a sales manager, role play, and ride along, BUT I didn't get that far.
