Did a prescreening call, then two calls with the hiring manager. Pretty straightforward and standard process. Did have to submit answers to a list of questions prior to the first call.

Started with a video interview where you were asked questions and had so many chances to record your answer. Then had to take a skills assessment. I was set up for an interview with the manager and hiring manager after that. They told me I would hear back by the end of the week and it was a MONTH before they emailed me saying they had moved forward with another candidate. I felt like it was a waste of time and they should have notified me sooner like they had previously told me.
